Made with Compressed Ice and Obsidiron Rods.
Added obsidiron rods
Added toolset, working on armor
Added armor set, along with a special effect that turns water to ice if this armor set is equipped. Also, Blocks of Bedrockium are only mineable with this pickaxe or above.
