I apologize for confusion with #10 (and my lateness in getting back to the issue, I know it's been a while), I mixed up the item tags and block tags at the time - it was actually the item tags for flowers that are missing.

Bees cannot be bred with the flowers from Sprout as a result(and any crafting which uses the minecraft:flowers or minecraft:small_flowers item tag won't work), but they do in fact go to the flowers to pollinate in-world.

This time observed on Sprout 1.4.4 on Forge 43.1.52, Minecraft 1.19.2
