Describe the problem
The spyglass gets stuck in the offhand when quickly tapping the hotkey brought by Spyglass Improvements when on a server - even when IPN is installed on the server side.
Steps to reproduce
Be on a server
Press the hotkey for Spyglass Improvements quicker
Observe the spyglass getting stuck in the offhand
This problem is exacerbated by higher ping, but happens from 20+ ping
