Doesn't work on server [Forge 47.1.3] [1.20.1]

The mod is installed on both the client and server. While connected to the server, I put the spyglass in the curio slot and used the keybind. When pressing the keybind, nothing happens and the following error is logged to the server console. Everything works fine in singleplayer.
