To allow the dogs to spawn in the appropriate additional biomes that are added by BoP.

The mod uses the biome dictionary. BoP biomes are supported as a result. I can see wolves being registered for spawn in places like Roofed Forest, Flower Forest and Magical Forest (which I think is Thaumcraft? So that's supported too).
