Is there a way to get areas to repopulate wolves? I go between 3 sea temples and nothing is spawning in them besides squid and nautilus from the fossil mod. Can find the occasional wolf elsewhere but seems like spawns are a lot lower than from playthrough on youtube. Using current Mystic mesa pack on curse, only mods added is tinkers and some furniture mods.

Wolves spawn using the Vanilla Minecraft spawning mechanics so they'll spawn eventually. They have a variety of conditions for spawning (for example the prismarine wolf, which I presume is what you're looking for in the sea temples) will only spawn if the spawn attempt happened in water, in a deep ocean biome with prismarine blocks both above and below it. They have less chance to spawn than squid wolves with which they share a spawn cap so they'll be a bit rare.

The best way to force them to spawn is to leave the area (so all of the existing wolves despawn) and then come back. Or if you're really desperate you can switch to peaceful and back (forcing a despawn). They are supposed to be somewhat rare spawns though.
