1.20.1.5 causing crash on 0% worldgen.

1.20.1 minecraft self-hosted server
forge 1.20.1-47.3.12
What did you do
tried to create a new world
Expected behavior
A minecraft world to be created
Notes: I do have a lot of mods installed. It is probably a conflict that I just do not know enouogh to spot. There is a line after the point it stopped reacting that states "isChampion" something or other couldn't be processed because config was null? Downgrading back to 1.20.1.4 corrected the issue. Line 41711 is where the issue seems to start.
Deleting/renaming your config and letting it regenerate should help, as a
work around. There is a new line entry
