Case 1: IC2 Stargate Power Unit is granting power from a position other than directly below the gate; placed below the gate, and one block forward such that the corner touches the base, but no faces are shared. (see pictured)

Case 2: ZPM Interface cart appears to be transmitting power wirelessly to the gate, in the same way that the ZPM Console does: not requiring contact or cables.

*gate was tested prior to both tests to ensure there was insufficient power in the buffer to dial.

Update: Did not know at time of report that IC2 ZPM console could work wirelessly. Close issue.
