Using no mods besides https://github.com/Earthcomputer/clientcommands yields accurate predictions for enchantments from an enchantment table. Once adding Starlight results become very inconsistent and almost always incorrect.

Starlight doesn't modify any of this. You must have been on a paper or derivative server, as I don't expect it to work there.
