Atlas offset / scale is wrong, changes while camera is moved

I really don't have any clue what could be causing this, but here's the game log

Closing this as it's been a while so the issue may not even happen anymore

Feel free to reopen if you can reproduce the issue with more recent versions of mods and if it only happens when my mod is installed
