Mod did not load (1.16.5)

I'm using version 1.1.1 for 1.16.5 and after i install it, it did not load (Mod Menu also can't find it). I will send you the logs asap.

(the debug.log is forgeoptifine, not fabric.)

Sorry, it worked after a reboot of my computer. I forgot about this so 2 week later i close it.
