crafting Extreme Melter doesn't consume resources

in ver 2.4.18.92
in Crafting Station (Tinkers Construct), crafting the Extreme Melter only consumes lava bucket and leaves all other items, essentially duplicating them. Not sure if this needs to reported to TC or here.
