Torch Placer cannot place Torch to the block after put Torch to Torch Placer.

A screenshot for Steve's Cart GUI, include Torch Placer:
I putted torch into this, but when start, it just running without put any torch into the block:

Also, the threshold has been locked at 8 and cannot be changed.
