I'm using an ore extractor in my mining cart. Some mod's ores are being ignored by the ore extractor, but being mined fine if they are just in the tunnel.

• Monazit Ore - Modular Force Field System
• Black Quartz Ore - Actually Additions
• Uranium Ore - IndustrialCraft 2
• Lead Ore - IndustrialCraft 2

I haven't seen other ores so far, but I would guess other IC2 ores would have the same issue.
