[1.12.1] Items become invisible if you leave the Cargo Manager GUI open

If you leve the Cargo Manager GUI open for a few minutes (~2) some itens become invisible, the block seems like it's working as intended.

After you right click:

2 minutes later:

Check with the latest versions as I can't reproduce this in the current version
