These will basically work the same as Item barrels, but fill held glass bottles instead of your inventory. Maybe to mix things up, they can be filled by splash potions too or something like that.

Might end up cherry-picking the barrel generalization commits from the potion-barrels branch and release a patch version to catch any bugs with the new abstractions... and to show that the mod isn't dead 😬
