Shears not dropping grass item

Vs. 1.15.2
Running JUST Yanny's Stone Age + Ages API
stone-age-1.15.2-1.1.3.jar

Bone shears do not drop the grass item needed to dry grass, which is completely stopping my progression. There is no error, simply no item.
