I'm not sure if this is related to me using 1.16.4, but MULTIPLE mods did not generate a server config file, and, as a result, it seems the stone age mod is partly broken. I can't craft some of the stone age tools with the flint crafting table either on 1.16.4, and I don't know if it's a bug, or if I'm doing it wrong.

Did you used correct items? Grass Lead and Leather Strip looks similar. Otherwise please provide logs

I was having this issue with the tools, as well. I found out that if you download JEI and look up the recipe, it will give you a different format. The recipes on the stone tablet are different from the actual recipes.
