- Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue still persists.

Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit - Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Oh, and I've found that there is still a bug where these blocks can be passed directly by entities
Sounds like this is a new bug. You should create a new issue. is it the same block from "Create Confectionery"?
