Are glass considered as stones \ Could Glass variation be supported? - EDITED by xelbayria

i mean, we lack glass variation blocks
no glass stair
no glass slab
no glass walls

Other glass mods only add vanilla originial glass variation,
maybe if this mod supports glass, not only vanilla glass have their variation, but other mods also
(maybe just that)

That's a good question. That would be "no" because glass can easily be broken unlike stoneType. These glass were made with fire & sands. it is more of "man-made" material, not natural material

so you guys wont add glass variations into the mod??

Unlike WoodType or StoneType, glass is not really a unique type, it's just one glass with 16 different color glass. that's it. Beside that, are there any mod that actually add a new type of glass? It make no sense to support glasses. WoodType or StoneType have varying names coming from real life or fantasy.

unless the glass variant has "oak" or "stone" like "oak_window" or "stone_window" from Macaw's Windows. EveryCompat or StoneZone could support that block

FYI, There will be an addon that will do same like EC/SZ but will deal with dyes like colored glass blocks and dyed blocks. The name is WIP. it would be called "Color Zone" or "Color World". haven't decided yet.
