Bug: Storage Drawers with items sealed within are lost in Framing Table

Description

The items sealed inside any type of Storage Drawer are lost after running the drawer through the Framing Table.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create any kind of Storage Drawer
  2. Place it on the ground
  3. Put any number of items inside it, at least 1 (No need to fill all the slots)
  4. Break the drawer
  5. (If default configuration) The drawer will drop with the items sealed within
  6. Put the storage drawer on the Framing Table, with any other block to change the drawer's design
  7. Take the resulting Storage Drawer
  8. Place it
  9. BUG: The Storage Drawer will no longer have items within it, and will

Expected result: The items should be copied over to the resulting Storage Drawer. If this is too complex to implement, the Framing Table shouldn't allow Storage Drawers with items within
