Quantities in GUI not updated when items inserted via pipes

When items are inserted in the back of a storage drawer via pipes and you mouse over the storage drawer the item count will not reflect the newly added items. Removing or adding an item from the front of the drawer manually will update the count. This is observed in 2x2 drawers although it could be others also.

(I don't actually play with WAILA so I wouldn't notice if it's broken)

This should be fixed as of the 1.2.0 release.

It looks like some mods prompt the drawers to resend their state to the client, and others like EU do not. I'm going to push off a fix for this for when I rework some of the packet handling (the drawers are rather inefficient now, so I want to fix that). It might get rolled up with the 1.2 GUI/Locking update.
