The default config allows players to build a huge drawer wall of 25*25, anyway as the drawers are quite easy to make even when in early-games, but those upgrades, especially capacity upgrades, are for further development. So, players must climb up, or use jetpacks or something to install the upgrades one by one, also it's a bit hard to know what grade does it already have, iron, or diamond or emerald? even with TOP or Hwyla, when you decide to upgrade them all, or just upgrade some of them and leave the others for further plans. I'm hoping for an easier way to view and control all of the upgrades they have as a whole (that may be insane), or, just a way for players to extend their capacities as a whole.

Jabba used to get a colored border when upgraded, but jabba can have several different types of upgrades, and several of each.

Although, it would be nice if you could right click the controller with a stack of upgrades and it just applies them as even as it can across the board.
