when I set this upgrade into a storage it can't be removed. All the other upgrades no problem.

Also when I break and place the drawer-block it carries as normal all things inside, regardless of whether if there are items inside or not, the creative storage upgrade will stay and can't be removed.

Is this a normal behavior or a bug?

When a drawer's contents exceeds into the expanded capacity that an upgrade provides, that upgrade will not be removable anymore. This is expected, as removing the upgrade would leave the drawer with contents that don't fit.

I'm not sure whether this makes said behaviour intentional for the creative storage upgrade, but it sure does make sense for the creative withdrawal upgrade. Because if you can keep withdrawing beyond any capacity, it essentially means that its contents exceeds all capacities and thus it can never be removed. But a creative storage upgrade doesn't increase the contents of the drawer.

if you have 2 creative upgrades install one into an unlocked solo drawer then pipe the other one into the drawer and now infinite creative upgrades

This can be done with just 1 upgrade as well. A locked but empty drawer can still withdraw infinitely with the upgrade.

I'm sure this is intended. Imagine having a storage drawer wall it meant all you would need to do is put the upgrade in then take it out of each drawer and one broken pack. something to note if you have 2 creative upgrades install one into an unlocked solo drawer then pipe the other one into the drawer and now infinite creative upgrades
