If Crafting Upgrade is installed, on the outside of each item slot appears
yet another slot for a Bibliocraft compatible recipe book.

• a recipe book can only placed in the slot, if the item slot is empty or contains
  the result of the recipe
• if there are enough items in the item slot, item are withdrawn from there.
• else, if a recipe book is present, the Upgrade Card tries to craft as much as necessary
  and stores the remaining items in the item slot. (needs a controler, if ingredients not
  in the same drawer)
• WAILA should show the craftable items as ghosted numbers behind the current numbers
