Refined storage interaction with compacting drawers

When using compacting drawers refined storage (in 1.10.2) don't see the total equivalent (like AE2 in 1.7.10) of uncompressed items only the the most compressed item and the leftover of uncompressed items.
For example in a compacting drawer with 10 iron ingots RF sees 1 block of iron and 1 iron ingot, AE2 in this case sees 1 block of iron and 10 ingots.

It works me, but have noticed that when i add something new to drawer i have to brake and replace storage bus.

Refined Storage as well as EnderIO have this problem.

For example, say I have 100 blocks of iron which is 900 ingots which is 8100 nuggets in a compacting drawer. RS and EnderIO Item Panel both report all three of those values like they actually all exist when in reality you only have 100 blocks of iron [or 900 ingots or 8100 nuggets... but not all three additively].

Not sure how AE2 filtered that out but the OP is right, that's what I'm seeing as well.

@Utildayael I think what you're describing is the opposite of the previous posters.

The correct display should be 100 blocks, 900 ingots, and 8100 nuggets simultaneously. Withdrawing one of any item would also reduce the other amounts by the corresponding amounts. Most people find it natural and intuitive, although it has some unfortunate edge cases at least concerning AE2 autocrafting.

I checked an older Refined Storage as well as the latest in my 1.10 test world and did not see any problem with the display. They see the "potential" amounts for all items.

Apologies I got this mixed up. I can confirm it shows just as you described in Refined Storage.

Was used to AE2 that only showed ingots (I think? Been playing on 1.10 for too long). :)

Cheers
