Even if "enable item conversion" is on, I'm unable to add Forestry or IE ingots to Thermal Expansion ingots and vice versa.

I am also experiencing this issue.

I double checked the config and item conversion is on and I am unable to convert IE copper ingots into Thermal expansion ingots.

I looked in config and it appears item conversion is enabled.

I can't combine IE copper and TE copper.

I had the same issue, turns out there is now a conversion upgrade which needs to be added to the drawer in question.
