Issue Description:
Inventory panel isn't returning items to the network, but chests do.

Playing on FTB Infinity Expert mode so posting there as well.

What happens:
I have a network of spruce 2x2 drawers connected to a drawer controller, the size of the setup is 9 out from the controller. the setup was working, but have stopped to do so.
I removed and replaced the item conduit after it started to fuck up, i first noticed that some items wheren't returning, now none are.

I tried to connect a chest to the same item conduit, and that works perfectly so i can't figure out why this isn't working.

What you expected to happen:
I expected it to keep working like it has for weeks.

Steps to reproduce:
Inventory panel, connected to drawer controller
put in neccisary upgrades and add drawers
Use it as a poor man's AE2 Network.

There has always been some compatibility problems between the controller and EIO in 1.7.10. I don't expect there will ever be a solution, so at best you will need to try and work around it.
