New default options to tape drawers can leave you with useless drawers.

How to reproduce:

  1. Take any hard to get item and put it in a locked storage drawer.
  2. Take the item out, you should see that 0 are inside and it is locked.
  3. Delete item.
  4. There is now no way to remove the locked status for that item.

This has been fixed in 1.14 and 1.15, but is not fixed in 1.12.
