When extracting from Drawers with cyclic item pipes it duplicates items

this exists with pretty pipes and storage drawers in 1.18.2 as well

ive tried most other item transfer available in 1.15 and only cyclic seems to have this problem. here is a link to the issue on their tracker. doesnt seem to be a SD issue
