Can not stack pristine and used compacting drawers

Say you have a regular basic drawer. And you keep a few stacks of compacting drawers inside. Take one out, place it, put something inside, then take it back out. Now you can no longer put this "used" compacting drawer in the basic drawer with the other "new" compacting drawers.
Does not matter if the drawer was ever locked.
