Describe the bug
Inserting items to Storage Drawer via ItemHandlerHelper.insertItemStacked may lead to voiding them. In situation in which Storage drawer is missing 1 item and 2 are inserted via ItemHandlerHelper.insertItemStacked (dry run) it will accept both even if it has place for 1. Reproducible by using GTCE machine auto output.

ItemHandlerHelper.insertItemStacked will return correct size of stack which was not possible to insert.
