not sure if this is an issue with CustomNPC's or storage draws, but when right clicking with a block of iron on a compacting draw, it puts it in the top slot and blanks out the bottom two,
if you place an ingot into a compacting draw, it populated the block, and the ingot but blanks out the nugget,
Placing a nugget in the draw worked as expected.
