I tested for compatibility between mods , then I found this when I upgrade all 5 several items at the same time ( obsidian, iron, gold, diamond, Emerald ) insert to storage, and export those items then All Storage is dead. Here for some issues list

1. The Drawer that killed the storage system has the existing count ( ex. 2032 amount cobblestones ) But the count is locked. (just stay in 2032, if you try some take out items is ok, but It can't add more than 2032 )
2. If I place New Drawer then the limit is 0. Can't add even 1 item.
3. It's need to reset World

Only I use mod for test : JEI(11.6.0.1015), StorageDrawers(1.19-11.1.2)
Forge : 43.2.11
Minecraft : 1.19.2
In SinglePlayer

I checked the latest.log and nothing showup
