Actual:
Putting raw Bamboo into a compacting drawer goes into slot 1.

Expected:
Raw Bambo should enter into slot 2 and Block of Bamboo should appear in slot 1

Actual:
Putting a Block of Bamboo into a compacting drawer goes into slot 1 as expected, but raw Bamboo does not appear in slot 2.

Expected:
Raw Bamboo should appear in slot 2.

This is expected because bamboo blocks can't be returned to bamboo. But I think it makes sense to add a default rule for it.
