Can you make one Drawer that holds random NON-stackable items.

Only reason I ask for this is for enchanted books in MODDED Minecraft there are a few and
you end up using a full storage drawer controller, ALL 25x25x25 full, to handle them all.
[Servers really don't like that]

It's possible something could appear in the future. This request does sound similar to "filing cabinets" that have appeared in some other mods, but I understand you're probably looking for something that coordinates with the drawer network.
