Framed drawers designed and made, diamond better builders wand to place them, results in them being placed as frames, what more can i say.

The material info gets applied to the block just after placement by a call to the item's "placeBlockAt" function. I would assume this should be getting called, but I don't know how the wand functions. How does the wand behave with other block items that need to carry lots of customization data on them?
