Server Crash - Accessing system after changing storage cable filters

Storage Network 1.9.1

Basically, I put some filters in a storage cable:

Nothin fancy. The first time I attempt to access the storage system from a Requester or Wireless Requester the server crashes. However, when the server boots back up - I can access the system again and the filter works fine. Thoughts?
