Just stumbled across this issue in Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1.

This issue persists on 1.21.1 NeoForge btw (SS version: 21.1.0) is this gonna be fixed the mod's kind of useless without the skin feature lol

It’s a Minecraft bug, player heads are also broken due to it. I added a manual refresh button in later version to work around that.
