I wanted to make a private translation for the German language. A few entries were listed, but most of the menu stuff is not there and cannot be changed.

They are also not found in the en_us.json in the mod jar

Straw Statues uses a bundled library called Statue Menus which is shared with the Armor Statues mod which includes all the translations you are looking for.
