You'll have to give me more information than that.

First off: Are you sure you have the correct version of the mod for the version of Minecraft you are using?

If you are sure you have the mod in your mods folder try if you can see it in the list of mods if you install modmenu.

If it shows up make sure you look directly downwards when throwing the eyes.

Nope it’s installed correctly shows up on mod menu. How am I supposed to use it though thats what I need

If you are using the latest version of the mod do this in order to triangulate the stronghold:

• Stand completely still and throw the eye while looking straight down
• Move a good distance away
• Repeat the first step

This should give you the position of the stronghold

ok and does it actually find the exact location of the stronghold or does it just use the real triangulation that speedrunners would use

The preciseness of the triangulation will depend on how well you perform the steps I described. The longer the distance you move in between throws the more exact of a location you will get to the starter staircase. The mod takes advantage of which direction the eyes travel to and intersects the lines those eyes would have made to give a position. It does not just "magically" find the position in the world data.

Keep in mind that this mod is not allowed in official speedruns and that the approved speedrunning calculators are often far more precise.
