Short description:

When using 3x3 grids where the grid is semi filled only some of the items get consumed in crafting.
https://imgur.com/a/KxY7H The setup on the left will only consume the middle stick when crafting a diamond wand, the setup on the right will consume every item (as intended). It is only top left to bottom right recipes that can recreate this issue.

The same goes for stairs https://imgur.com/a/kQM2v but instead of only consuming the middle item (as in the diamond wand recipe) it will consume 2/5 of the required cobblestone. (as displayed here by the empty item frames)

Expected behaviour:

Crafting a recipe will consume every required item from the connected inventories.

Actual behaviour:

Only some of the items are being consumed when crafting in 3x3 partials.
