Light source spamming

Feature description

Create a Minecolonies version of light sources to increase light source block range to a number equivalent to if that source was on the ground. Intent is to reduce lighting spam in structures and for out door decoration in an attempt to make a colony safe from mob spawns while attempting to remain close to vanilla. Maybe 20 blocks of light instead of 15?

A light source, in the example a lantern, 3 blocks off the ground lights up an area around it of 5 blocks. Red denotes the spawn radius. A lantern on the ground covers 7 blocks. Same affect within buildings for hung light sources makes placing the light sources undesirably close (nobody likes walking in 2 block tunnels under lamps) for the sake of safety without lighting spam.

Increase the lighting range of the Soul Lantern/Torch. They are useless as a light source.

How I imagine it would work:
Simple renaming of light sources, excluding campfires, to have MC in front of them and use the vanilla textures so that players are none the wiser. If possible, be a built in recipe for the builder that simply uses two of the same light source to create the minecoloines version, not that we are doubling the range. Basically, do it however is most easy for you to do it.

Notes or related things

Include: torch, glowstone, sea lantern, lantern, shroomlight, end rod, redstone lamp, soul lantern, soul torch.
no changes: campfires and any sources of variable light, ie. candles, sea pickles.
