Game Misbehaves when using Build Tool [BUG] (missing light engine for blueprint rendering)

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
When attempting to build the town hall, my game freezes in both single and multiplayer. When attempting to build something simpler such as a road, I only get a structural outline of the build boundary and structure block boundary.
Expected Behavior
When attempting to build, I expect the game to not freeze and to be able to view a preview of the build I am attempting to place.
Reproduction Steps
- Use the build tool
- Select structure block
- Select the green check mark
- Choose whether you wish to wait for the structure to load while the game is frozen
- Possibly see an outline of the structure boundary

While this problem is affecting myself and a friend of mine, my other friends who are also playing on the same server with the same mods are not experiencing this issue.

I do not have nostalgic tweaks but im experiencing the same thing, (sorry for the poor quality of a picture, was in a rush while taking it and im currently on my phone. The client that joins the server (I’ve got 1.20.1 forge, 47.3.1, both clients, mindcolonies, there are two pc’s the server hoster pc has a 3060 5600x and 48 gigs of ram with 14 gigs allocated to client, 16 to the server, other pc has a 1050 ti i7-6700, and 16 gigs of ram with 14 gigs allocated to mc), the client that joined had experienced this while placing one of the Ancient Athens buildings (I think ancient Athens). My versions Jadecolonies, 1.4.2, minecolonies, 1.20.1-1.1.603-Release, minecolonnies compat (2.22), minecolonies cc (2.6.3) minecolonies tweaks 2.23, and town talk 1.1.0, domum is 1.20.1-1.0.186-Release, structyrize is 1.20.1-1.0.742-releease

@Wilexcess this issue is completely different than the one I can see from the picture, so please open new issue and also describe whether ur issue is regarding rendering or placing, as the few logs lines suggests placement issue
