Suggestion (Required)

I'm using BetterF3 mod, and effects obscure part of it. Could you render your effects behind the BetterF3 overlay, or, if it is too hard to do, add an option to hide effects while F3 is open?

@Fuzss If it is very minor, why not to backport it? It's not something massive, what would require a ton of effort. Maybe you will backport? Especially since 1.19.2 and 1.19.3 versions aren't totally different

Ok so this is actually a Forge issue, since Forge messes up the gui overlay order and renders potion icons after the debug screen. I added a workaround for this in the 1.19.3 port of Stylish Effects, but this won't be backported as it is very minor.
