When afflicted with potion effects over a certain level, Stylish Effects doesn't render the level using compact mode. I don't know if this is replicable with every mod yet, but I can confirm it occurs with the Fortified effect (potion level XI/11) from Iron's Spells and Spellbooks. I've so far confirmed that effects up to level 4 show correctly.

I said minimal setup doesn't replicate the issue because technically you need a mod which adds potion effects above the normal levels to experience this, though I guess it could occur with commands? But I haven't tested enough just yet to say for sure.
