Prismarine stairs causing problems underwater.

Prismarine stairs tend to waterlog weirdly in underwater caves, and the problem only goes away when surrounding blocks are removed like coral fans, kelp, and etc.
While this world has Yungs, I tried it in a world without it and only this mod installed and I was still having the same problem. Overall, I think stairs and slabs should be removed from underwater caves.
