[Suggestion] End Compatibility

Subterranean Wilderness is a fantastic mod that makes the overworld's caves look amazing. However, upon trying something new using the mod, I discovered something that it is a bit lacking.

Recently, I've been doing terrain generation tests in the End on Forge 1.16.5 involving YUNGs Better Caves, Better End, Outer End, Endergetic Expansion, Oh The Biomes You'll Go, Quark, and Subterranean Wilderness. The test results surprised me with how well everything worked together. Nothing seemed buggy or poorly generated, however, End compatibility from Subterranean Wilderness was still missing to tie it all together. That, and nothing seemed to generate often around End Stone. Everything generated by Subterranean Wilderness gravitated towards Ether Stone, which is part of BYG's Viscal Isles.

I'm aware that this idea has probably been thought of before and dismissed for several reasons. A few of which being that End Stone is a hard block to work with. Nothing natural really matches it in terms of color aside from Sand/Sandstone, and the dimension it generates in is usually devoid of any variety. However, this is only a small hurdle.

I didn't come here just to say "add End compatibility" and then leave. I came here to pitch some ideas about how to overcome the problems mentioned above, starting with some block variants for End Stone that could be used to add some variety to caves in the End should a cave carver from another mod be used;

  • Cracked End Stone [Self-explanatory]
  • Chorus End Stone [The End's equivalent to any 'Mossy' stone variant from the overworld]
  • Blossoming Chorus End Stone [Chorus End Stone, except with small Chorus Flowers decorating its vines]
  • Chorus Vine [The End's equivalent to Vines]
  • Blossoming Chorus Vine [Chorus Vine, except with small Chorus Flowers hanging off of the vines]
  • Ancient End Stone [A darker, condensed-looking variant of End Stone; would generate at lower Y-levels, closer to the void]
  • [Ancient variants of the entries above]
  • End Stone Stalagmites
  • End Stone Stalactites
  • Ancient End Stone Stalagmites
  • Ancient End Stone Stalactites
  • [Maybe even blocks added via mod compatibility with Better End, BYG, Outer End, Endergetic Expansion, Quark, etc]
  • [No End ores that originally came from the overworld. A bunch of other mods already do that lol]

There are more blocks/features that could be thought of, but you get the idea. The End has potential, and I'm sure many people (me included) would love to see modpacks use this extra compatibility to breathe even more life and variety into the End.
