Make sand/dirt/gravel patches and speleothems not infestate underground structures

For example some underground structures become flooded with patches and speleothems, making them look a little bad plus the cost of having to clean them up to make them look better.
A solution would be for SW to respect air blocks' tile space inside underground structures.
