I just want to ask if sounds could be disabled for any part that causes sounds

having 16 circuits that have levers turn off and on every 4 ticks can be madding

also wish for a pulse 1 or 2 tick repeater
so as to only have it fire once on receiving a signal for a stable signal of 1 or 2 ticks long

this can be done with quarts resonator and a ender pulsar and a torch and two levers
but that is a lot of noise

also nothing seems to receive a signal from the quarts resonator or the ender pulsar only
super circuit parts can read the signals
is it faster than 1 tick
